DAVID OTT
David Ott is an executive leader, growth strategist, and the Founder & Principal of The Rareform Group LLC, an Enterprise Design firm that helps organizations intentionally design how they operate, grow, lead, and create enduring value. Through Rareform, David partners with founders, CEOs, presidents, and executive leadership teams to align strategy, commercial performance, operations, customer experience, and execution into a cohesive enterprise operating model. Rareform's work is built around its proprietary Feral Method™, helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, transformation, and reinvention.
Over the course of more than 25 years, David has held executive and senior leadership roles across hospitality, experiential marketing, live events, exhibitions, entertainment, and professional services.
Rather than approaching organizations through the traditional lens of consulting, David believes businesses succeed when leadership intentionally designs the enterprise as an interconnected system. His work integrates commercial strategy, organizational design, business development, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and leadership alignment to help organizations move beyond incremental improvement toward sustainable growth.
